Skill Trades Canada will serve as the Employer of Record for all contract and temporary staff sourced through our engagement. This comprehensive service includes full payroll processing, including accurate wage calculations and timely disbursements; withholding and remittance of all statutory deductions (CPP, EI, income tax); management of workers’ compensation coverage and claims; administration of benefits (if offered under Skill Trades Canada’s plan for contingent staff); and ensuring full compliance with Canadian federal and provincial labor laws.
